Sports Camp Terms & Conditions

By completing your booking and proceeding to checkout, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Payment Requirement: Please note that your child’s place at our sports camp is not confirmed until full payment has been successfully processed.
  • Availability: Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All bookings are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all camp fees.
  • In the event of a child being unable to attend due to illness or personal circumstances, fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon via email.

3. Nut-Free Policy & Nutrition

  • Packed Lunches: Parents/guardians must provide a packed lunch for their child each day.
  • Strict Allergy Awareness: To ensure the safety of all participants, we operate a strict no-nut policy. Please ensure that no food items containing nuts or nut traces are brought into the camp.

4. Equipment and Attire

  • Footwear: Children must wear footwear suitable for a mixture of indoor and outdoor sports.
  • Clothing: Please ensure your child is dressed in appropriate sportswear and brings a waterproof jacket for outdoor sessions.

5. Safety and Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of all participants, React Sports Coaching is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to personal property during the camp, except where required by law.

6. Right to Cancel & Behavioural Policy

To ensure a safe and positive environment, we reserve the right to cancel a booking or decline a child’s place (without refund) if a child engages in any of the following:

  • Physical Violence: Physical assault against other children or adults.
  • Abuse & Threats: Verbal abuse, threatening behavior, or malicious allegations against staff or peers.
  • Bullying: Any form of child-on-child abuse, including persistent bullying.
  • Sexual Misconduct: Any form of inappropriate sexual behavior or language.
  • Persistent Disruption: Continued behavior that prevents the camp from running safely or effectively.
  • Unauthorised Departure: Leaving the site unaccompanied or leaving allocated areas without staff permission.
